- Windshield repair depends on the size, location and severity of the damaged area. For warranty and safety reasons, we limit rock chip repairs to the size of a quarter..and NOT IN THE DRIVER'S LINE OF VISION. Because the repair process can leave minor distortions in the glass, it is best to replace the windshield rather than compromise the driver's vision.
- Prevent permanent scratching by replacing wiper blades at the first sign of wear, and never use any abrasive cleaners (such as cleanser) to clean auto glass.
- All-Star Glass DOES NOT use salvaged auto glass at any time! We use only quality, factory-brand parts. For safety factors, it is in your best interest to purchase NEW auto glass and have it installed properly by our experienced glass technician.

AUTO GLASS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
New automobile glass purchased from and installed by All-Star Glass, Inc. is warranted under normal use AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP for as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the new installation was performed. We guarantee the use of only proper adhesives, and up-to-date installation tools and materials to insure your work is done to top-quality standards, and complies with government Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
WINDSHIELD ROCK-CHIP REPAIRS
The windshield repair process is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. All-Star Glass can repair the rock-chip at approximately the size of a quarter or less. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result of the repair, we will credit the cost of the repair toward a windshield replacement. The credit will be issued to the party that was responsible for the initial payment. In the event your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible necessary for the replacement.
AUTO GLASS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
-Pre-existing damage to the window frame, or rust damage due to leakage problem;
-Damage caused to your windshield by incidental or consequential damages, including impact with foreign objects (rocks, etc), vandalism, theft or accident resulting in a broken windshield.
